Information on Order Delays

We apologize that we are currently experiencing inordinately long delays in filling your orders! The good news is that we are working to remedy this as quickly as possible, and expect to have the situation in hand within a few days. Your orders, with bonus materials, should begin arriving soon.

Below is the list of difficulties that created these inexcusable delays:

1. Our shipping coordinator suddenly had to leave the job for personal reasons.
2. One member of our remaining 2-person team became ill.
3. We then had one person to handle this from Oregon, which then had a rare Portland blizzard, causing roads to close for two weeks.
4. As you know, with the recent crises concerning Gaza, we produced several emergency alerts with information to counter media misreporting.
